- You can share with a maximum of 2 people at a time

Unlike Data Me2U, data isn’t shared or transferred here; you can buy data for another Airtel customer.
How To Use Data Gifting
- Dial *141#
- Select 8 – data gifting and sharing
- Select 2 – Data gifting
Then you can gift your data

- All regular data bundle plans can gift data
- You can gift as many times as you desire and to as many people as you wish.

You can use this format to transfer data via text message on MTN
- Tab on the new text icon on your messaging app

- Send to 131

- Activate the appropriate data plan that allows this share
- You’ll need to register for this data share in order to get the default pin. To do this; Dial *131*2*1#
- You’ll be asked to change the default pin to something you can remember
To do this; dial *131*2*5# and change your pin
- You’ll then add beneficiaries to your MTN shared Data bundle by dialing *131*2*3#
- A maximum of 5 beneficiaries are allowed.
- After this, you can share your data with your beneficiaries by dialing*131*2*4#
